Helping people buy & sell in Vaughan has come with some hard truths… ⤵️

1️⃣ Don’t expect a Pinterest-worthy home on day 1. In my opinion, the most beautifully-styled and renovated homes are curated over many years.

2️⃣ Most people don’t put 20% down (especially first time buyers). It’s important to work with a trustworthy lender who can advise based on your needs.

3️⃣ A ‘starter home’ is actually your secret weapon to moving up sooner. DM me “STARTER” for a list of starter homes at attainable prices.

4️⃣ Buy what you can afford. Your payment should fit your lifestyle and habits. Yes, you may have to sacrifice your daily Starbucks, but you should still be able to enjoy your life while owning a home.
