Say hi to Zack.
Raised in downtown Kitchener, Zack’s been thinking about money, investing, and financial freedom since before most people know what a mutual fund is. That curiosity turned into an economics degree, a stint in finance, and eventually — real estate, where he gets to actually put it to work for real people making the biggest decisions of their lives.
He’s been in the industry since 2016 and brings a level of data and market analysis that goes deep — using his economics background to help clients understand the market and execute the right strategy. 📊

Guilty pleasure: Donuts. And he will not apologize for it. Zero guilt, full send.
Dream home: Century home all the way — high ceilings, original wood trim, double brick, big old trees out front. The kind of place that has a story before you even move in.
Who would play him in a movie: Adam Brody. Apparently half his high school called him Seth from The OC, so we’ll allow it.
Last meal: Saffron shrimp and seared scallops to start, burrata on the side, champagne in hand. Seafood boil for the main — crab, mussels, shrimp, lobster, potatoes, corn. Cheesecake and espresso to finish. The man did not come to play.
Bucket list: Taking his mom to Africa for a real safari. (His mom also kick-started his whole career by gifting him The Wealthy Barber at 18 — full circle moment, honestly. 🙌)
