Kick Off Monday with a Back to School Edition of 'This or That'!

Yes school starts in a few weeks and one of the top priorities in house hunting is 'Where is the closest school?'. This comes up in conversations in the strategic planning of where to start looking.

Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Market Update

Summer Market Slows Further...

Sales declined another 15% to 179, while new listings slipped 5% to 597. After several weeks of ups and downs, buyer activity is clearly quieter as we move through August.

The 6.2% gap between original list and sale price has widened again, reinforcing what we’re seeing in the market. Buyers have choice and are negotiating. Accurate pricing and strong presentation remain critical for sellers who want to get sold.
