Here are the May Stats for LSTAR and London.

Compared to April there was an increase of $44k in the Avg Price and a reduction in the Months of Inventory to 4.3. The number of sales increased 8.8% from May 2025 and the DOM stayed the same at 21. Hopefully this trend continues this month.

Here are the April Stats for LSTAR and London. We saw a small price drop of 1.5% in April compared with March. The # of sales was a little lower than April of 2025 but the number of YTD new listings went up. Days on Market dropped to 24 and the Months of Inventory came in at 5 months.

Here are the March Market Stats for LSTAR and London. There were some positive results. Compared to last month the AVG Price went up and the DOM and Mths of Inv went down. The # of sales went up compared to March 25 as well.

Here are the market stats for January for LSTAR and London. While there was an 8% drop in the # of sales, the Avg Price went up from December 25 by 10k. The DOM increased to 47 days and the months of inventory came in at 6.6 months.

Here are the Dec Market Stats for LSTAR and London.

It was an interesting month in London with the Average Price going up from to almost $599k. The # sales were down slightly, however
the DOM came in at 43 days and the Months of Inventory was 5.0.

Bring on 2026!!!
