- marketing - a true marketing plan should be tailored to speak directly to the target audience, which starts with the decor of the home and portrayed to the buyers via realtor.ca and custom social media ads that speak directly to potential buyers and their interests online. Measurable results are key!

This entire process can be difficult and we understand that patience is a BIG part of the entire puzzle. In many cases we're leaning in with declutter, furniture removal/configuration, coordination of trades, and most importantly, AN EAR TO BEND ALONG THE WAY.

With 5.4 months of inventory*, this Buyer’s market has plenty offer at great prices! September sales started to rise, as expected after a beautiful summer. We estimate the up trend will continue, slowly.

Real Estate changes are inevitable. In June, our real estate board changed our MLS platform (think REALTOR.CA). As this unfolded and the summer rolled on, our region shows signs of a BUYER’S MARKET. Our active listings are the highest they’ve been in several years AND our rates are the lowest they’ve been since December 2 years ago!

Unfortunately the London Free Press 📰 released a premature report, not verified by the Canada Real Estate Association (CREA). The facts are out now and we continue to trend upwards as the months progress throughout the year.
