🏡 Introducing Rosewood in Thorndale!

Another exciting community where I’ll be working with Clayfield Builders!

Rosewood offers the best of both worlds — the feel of a smaller community while still being just a short drive from London.

📍 Thorndale, Ontario
🏡 A variety of lots available
📐 Different lot sizes and options to choose from
🔨 Build with Clayfield Builders
🌳 Small-town living with easy access to London

Whether you’re looking for a little more space, a quieter community, or the opportunity to build a home that fits your family, Rosewood is definitely worth checking out.

Over the next little while, I’ll be sharing more about the available lots, home designs, the building process, and some of the things Clayfield does “behind the walls” that you don’t always see when buying a new home.

Interested in building in Rosewood or Thorndale? Send me a message and I’d be happy to walk you through the options.

🏡 Exciting things coming to Lambeth!

I’m excited to be working with Clayfield Builders and today Patrick and I are out at Liberty Crossing in Lambeth, checking out some of the opportunities available in this growing community.

Clayfield has multiple lots available, including some fantastic greenspace-backing lots, with a great location and easy access to the 402/401

Over the next little while, I’ll be sharing a lot more — available lots, home designs, the building process, and a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into a Clayfield home.

If you’ve been thinking about building a new home in Lambeth, reach out to me. I’d be happy to walk you through what’s available and how the process works.

📲 Stay tuned — lots more to come from Clayfield Builders and Liberty Crossing!

🏡 Some exciting news!

I’m really happy to share that I’ll be working with Clayfield Builders and representing their upcoming homes and communities in the London area.

I’m heading out today with Paddy from Clayfield to tour two of the new neighbourhoods they’ll be building in and get a closer look at what they have coming.

What I’m especially excited about is being able to take you along for the process.

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing new communities, available lots and models, as well as taking you behind the walls to show you some of the details, workmanship and decisions that go into building a new home — including a lot of the things you never get to see once the home is finished.

If you’ve been thinking about building a new home, have questions about the process, or just want to follow along, stay tuned.

Lots more to come from Clayfield Builders! 🏡🔨
