🏡✨ Some homes are worth waiting for… and this one was the one.

After over a year of searching, countless showings, late-night chats, weighing options, missed opportunities, and wondering when the right one would finally come along — the moment this listing hit the market, I just knew. I sent it to my buyers immediately, we viewed it and within hours, had an offer in right away.
