💫What’s meant to be will always find its way.

My retired clients thought they had found the one.
A beautiful bungalow. Everything on one floor. Thoughtfully designed. It just felt right.

But then… we saw another home.
Bigger. A two-storey. Equally beautiful. And with their large family in mind, it seemed like the “practical” choice. More space, more room for gatherings, more room for everyone.

So they made the leap.

The first home sold conditionally, anyway
They purchased the second one conditionally.
We listed their home… and waited.

Months passed. Emotions rose and fell. Their conditional purchase fell through by another buyer. Then finally — an offer on theirs was accepted. Relief!

And almost at the very same time… the offer on that original bungalow fell through, too.

The door reopened.

With their sale secured, they were able to pivot — and purchase the very first home they fell in love with.

The one that always felt right.

✨ Door knocking for a Cause ✨
Danny Almeida Realtor and I hit the neighbourhood last week with one mission: to help our local food bank make sure every family has something to put on the table this Christmas. ❤️🎄

Thanks to our amazing community, we collected 101 pounds of food for families in need and delivered it to Orangeville Food Bank . 🙌

While my husband Nuno Rego and I were out picking up donations, we also took a moment to visit a local homeless couple to ask what they might need for another initiative our friends are running—blessing baskets gifted to those in need, recommended by friends and family.

Sometimes we take life for granted… yet here was this kind, grateful, friendly man living under tarp between trees, simply thankful that someone stopped to ask what he and his partner needed. 💛

These moments are the reminder: compassion matters, community matters, and together we can make the holidays a little brighter for everyone. ✨

Nothing makes me happier than representing a First Time Home Buyer!

From the moment I sat down with my buyers at Angel’s Diner for breakfast, I could feel their nervous energy. Their excitement was palpable, but so was their uncertainty. They didn’t know where to start, and I let them know that’s what I’m here for. I told them we’re going to take this step by step, and by the end of this journey, they’ll have a home that feels just right for them.

Over the next few days, we toured homes of all shapes and sizes. I watched as they envisioned hosting family and friends in a sunlit kitchen and ensuring their son had enough space to be free to do what he loves. I saw the moments where their hearts leaped—and when they quietly shook their heads, realizing a space wasn’t quite “the one.”

Then, one evening, it happened. They stepped into this newly built home and saw everything they envisioned come together. The open floor plan, the large size bedrooms, room for Grandma when she’d visit, a backyard, a clean canvas basement for future plans, in an area they loved.

Congrats to my Buyer Clients on the purchase of this beauty! 🎉

There are a lot of houses in Peel ‘holding offers’. This means that sellers have chosen to review any and all offers on a specific date and time. As we know from the pandemic frenzy, sellers would be expecting a price above their asking price, and many buyers would shy away from even putting their best foot forward because they don’t want to compete.
