If your mortgage is coming up for renewal, you need to see this.

Back in 2020 and 2021, tons of buyers locked in 5-year fixed rates between 1.5% and 2.5%. Great deal at the time. But if you're renewing now, you're likely looking at rates closer to 4.25%–4.5%.
