There is something really special about being able to give back to the same community we call home. ❤️

This week we’ve been out around Arnprior dropping off donation bags as part of a local food drive supporting families in need through our local food bank. 🥫

As a local realtor, I spend so much time helping people find homes in this amazing community, so it feels incredibly important to also help support the people within it. Real estate has never just been about houses to me… it’s about people, community, and showing up when it matters most. 🙌

Seeing how generous and kind the people of Arnprior are has honestly been the best part of this entire experience. Small acts of kindness really do create a huge impact. ❤️

A little late posting our community Easter Egg Hunt reel… but in our defense, the Ottawa and Arnprior real estate market has been keeping us BUSY busy 😂🏡🐣

Last month we had the absolute best time hosting our annual community Easter Egg Hunt filled with smiling faces, chocolate overload, happy kids, and amazing local families. Events like this are exactly why we LOVE being part of this community ❤️

Real estate is never just about buying and selling homes — it’s about building community, creating memories, and supporting the people who make Arnprior such an incredible place to live.

Being a realtor isn’t just about showings, offers, and negotiations… it’s about creating a life where moments like this actually happen.

Standing in the ocean with my youngest, no emails, no deadlines—just us.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 🖤🏆

Still trying to put into words what this season meant… but wow. Watching my daughter and her team Venom from take the mat and absolutely OWN it at U16 Level 5 at Canadian Cheer Nationals in April 2026 — chills doesn’t even cover it.

This wasn’t just about winning. This was about early mornings, late nights, injuries, setbacks, comebacks, and a level of dedication most people will never fully understand. The growth this year? Unreal. The resilience? Next level.

From day one to NATIONAL CHAMPIONS… every rep, every routine, every moment mattered. And it showed.

So beyond proud of these athletes, their heart, their grit, and the way they showed up for each other all season long. This is what commitment looks like. This is what belief creates. 💥

And as a mom… getting to watch it all unfold? There’s nothing like it.

Only driver. 2 kids. 31 hours in the car… and somehow we made it 😅🚗

This wasn’t just a road trip — it was a full-on test of patience, endurance, and the ability to function on minimal sleep (which, let’s be honest… is basically motherhood in a nutshell).

And weirdly? It reminded me a LOT of real estate.
Because whether it’s a 31-hour drive or buying/selling a home…
👉 it never goes exactly as planned
👉 there are delays, detours, and “are we there yet?” moments
👉 and you need someone who can stay calm, focused, and keep things moving forward no matter what.

Being a mom has trained me for this job in ways no course ever could.

Negotiating under pressure, managing chaos, thinking three steps ahead… it’s all part of the skill set.

Flood Update – April 19, 2026

The Township is continuing to monitor current flooding conditions and would like to provide residents with the following update:

• Road Closure: Archibald Street, at Dewar Road and at Caruso Circle, is currently closed to through traffic. Residents are asked to avoid this area for safety reasons.

• Sand and Sandbags: Available for public use at:
- Caruso Circle
- Braeside Public Works Garage – 721 River Road

• Assistance:
Township staff continue to actively monitor conditions and respond as needed. If you require urgent (non-emergency) assistance related to flooding, please contact:
[email protected] (emails will be monitored at all times) or 613-623-5756 ext. 234 (please leave a voicemail).

• Emergency Situations:
For medical, fire, or police emergencies, call 9-1-1.
Please note: 9-1-1 should only be used for immediate emergency situations and not for general flooding concerns.
