July 10 is the deadline. After that, eligible iBoxes that haven’t been exchanged will no longer function.

To help Members prepare for the Supra One transition, OREB is hosting a three-day iBox Exchange Event from June 1–3 at the board office. The process takes about 15 minutes, and Supra staff will be on-site to guide you every step of the way.

More than 600 Members still need to exchange their iBoxes. If you're one of them, now is the perfect opportunity to get it done and avoid any disruption to your listings.

OREB Political Action Committee Member Angela Prescott met with Ottawa West–Nepean MPP today as part of Spring MPP Meetings initiative.
 
Across Ottawa, OREB Members have been meeting with provincial leaders to share recommendations that help tackle housing affordability and support attainable homeownership:

✅ Lower the cost to build
✅ Build housing faster
✅ Protect and grow rental housing supply

Today, OREB released a new housing policy report calling on Ontario to implement Bill 97 as a province-wide approach to protecting tenants and supporting rental housing stability.

The report finds renoviction notices account for less than 1% of Ottawa’s rental housing system annually, while more than 47,000 rental units in Ottawa currently require repairs.

OREB continues to advocate for balanced, evidence-based housing policy that protects tenants while supporting the long-term health of Ottawa’s rental housing supply.
