A safe place to call home is more than just four walls and a roof. It's about stability, dignity, belonging, and having the space to focus on well being
Housing and mental health are deeply connected, When someone doesn't know where they will sleep, or whether they can afford to stay in their home, it can be incredibly difficult to focus on their mental health and look forward to the future.
Supportive Housing helps change that. It provides not only a place to live, but support, connection and the opportunity to build a life with greater stability and independence.
This World Mental Health and World Homelessness day. we're reminded that housing is more than a basic need. It is a key factor in mental health and well- being .
Everyone deserve a safe, affordable place to call home.
