Multiple offers with multiple problems….

We did it all right!!

My clients did an AMAZING job at renovating and getting ready for market!

They did ALL the things I asked them to do and it sold within a few days with multiple offers!!!!

Then came the conditional period and the home inspections and a HUGE can of problems my clients didn’t expect to have 😔

Basically, this house was the best example of “who you work with matters” for sooo many reasons!!!

But!! Thanks to the awesomeness of everyone involved we made it happen and this baby is officially SOLD!!

Congratulations to my amazing clients! Thanks so much for trusting me to help you guys with this big step 😘🩵🙏
