an 15 years experience in communications, an entrepreneurial background, and professional training/certifications in journalism, coaching, yoga (RYT200), conflict resolution and Reiki. From 2016-2020, I built a successful small business in Ottawa, leading close to 100 mindfulness events and retreats with a focus to inspire connection and fun (YogiWino). Today, my goal is to continue bringing that same energy and intention to real estate, serving my clients with honest communication, an eye for detail, and hard work. We walk through metaphorical doorways in life: experiences (some chosen, some not) that are profoundly emotional and that leave imprints on our lives.
