Great photos are what stop buyers mid scroll, and a little prep goes further than most people think ✨

The golden rule I give every seller is this: the less on display, the bigger and brighter your home looks. Declutter is the big one. Counters cleared, anything you don’t need out put away, cords and baskets tucked out of sight. Most of it costs nothing but an afternoon, and the difference it makes online is huge. 💻

I put together a cheat sheet that walks my sellers through it room by room, inside and out, so nothing gets missed before photos!
