📅 Median Days on Market: 21 days - three weeks to a SOLD sign 🪧
📦 Months of Inventory: 4.1 - a balanced market is generally considered 4-6 months.
🔑 Total Sales: 154 - the spring market has showed up! 🌷
What does this mean for YOU?
