It's always sad to see tenants pass away and/or move to a nursing home because we are such a close-knit community BUT the reward of offering apartments to people who have been on the list for years is very gratifying! This month, we were able to make a few seniors happy by offering them a more affordable and safe place to call home!

The annual NBNPHA conference was fantastic this year! Maybe because I took in the whole conference this year. I’ve gotten to know more & more people who have the same passion for solving the housing crisis & DOING something to better it!!
