The largest investment most people make is their home. That makes selling a home — whether a single-family residence, duplex, or condominium — the single largest, most complex transaction a person will ever undertake. It involves new terms and concepts, financial acumen, and larger figures than normally dealt with.

It is also one in which emotions may come into play to the detriment of good judgment. Surely, the seller thinks, my home where I raised my children and made so many memories is worth more than the bricks and mortar it contains. Real estate transactions involve dozens of decisions and substantial investment in homeowners’ time, energy, and money, and emotions almost always lead to problems in a sales price negotiation.

همیشه و در هر زمانی خرید خانه در کانادا می تونه یه سرمایه گذاری خوب و مطمئن برای شما باشد.
در زمان حال لذت صاحبخانه بودن و رفاه و آرامش داشته باشید و در آینده سرمایه ای برای دوران بازنشستگی شما باشد،
به شرطی که در زمان خرید چند اصل مهم را به کار ببرید.
- اول انتخاب یک ریلتور مطلع و صادق که نفع مشتری را در اولیت کار خویش قرار دهد.
- دوم لوکیشن خوب و طراحی خوب ساختمان
- سوم قیمت مناسب با مقایسه قیمت های دیگر خانه های موجود در بازار
- نهایتا بررسی کنید، آیا نسبت هزینه های خانه خریداری شده با همان خانه در صورت اجاره چقدر خواهد بود

کسانی که این اصول را رعایت کردند نه تنها حاظر به فروش ملک خود نیستند و آن را سرمایه‌ای بزرگ می دانند و چنانچه به هر دلیلی قصد فروش داشته باشند سود خوبی کسب خواهند کرد .

در مقابل افرادی که به این اصول توجه نکردند حتی در صورتیکه در بازار افزایش قیمت داشته ایم پس از گذشت مدت ها از عرضه ملکشان برای فروش هنوز هیچ خبری از خریدار نیست و در نهایت مجبور به فروش ملک با ضرر خواهند بود.

متاسفانه عده ای دلال مآبانه مواردی را اشتباهی یا به عمد در بین افراد تازه وارد ترویج می دهند که:
- تاکید دارند خانه های بین ۴۵۰ به بالا خانه ایده آل است ، در صورتیکه خیلی خانه ها با مبلغ پایینتر ، با ارزش سرمایه گذاری و آرامش بیشتر در شهر ساسکاتون می توان پیدا کرد. اگر واقعا در آمد بالا و ثابت دارید و در آینده مشکل پرداخت هزینه ها را ندارید بهتر آن است با هر مبلغی که توان دارید خانه بخرید.
- عده‌ای به دیگران اطلاعات غلط در مورد نحوه وام گرفتن می‌دهند و آنها را از حق واقعی شان و استفاده از وام مسکن و صاحبخانه شدن دور می کنند.
- بعضی افراد از عدم آگاهی شما استفاده کرده و شما را بطرف انجام کار های خلاف سوق می‌دهند و در این بین حق دلالی خود را گرفته و شما را در موقعیتی قرار می‌دهند که انتهای نا معلومی دارد و امکان حذف سیتیزن شیپی شما را دارد.
