There were 271 sales in February, down 16 percent year-over-year and 2% below the 10-year average.
= NEW LISTINGS NEEDED

Declining sales were met with declining new listings, which failed to provide meaningful inventory relief. There were 614 active listings to begin the month.
= TIGHTEST MARKET IN THE PROVINCE

In February, the benchmark price for detached homes was $489,600. 6% above prices February 2025.
= PRICES HAVE RISEN

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
