Spring gets all the hype — but fall might be the better time to buy or sell in St. John's.

Fewer people in the market means the ones who are active are serious. That can add up to less competition, more room to negotiate, and well-priced homes still selling fast before winter sets in.

Never thought I'd see the day where I do a late afternoon trip to Bell Island and leave because its too hot out... 🌞 Picture perfect day though, but we were melting inside. Better than my last trip there many years ago, where my friend and I just got off the ferry walked across the island turned around and back. This time we enjoyed Dicks Fish and Chips and saw the lighthouse... and threw rocks of course

At Topsail beach this weekend. Great place to throw rocks, or to fall into the water with your clothes on!
