We recently welcomed WLI BC to Southlands Tsawwassen for a day of exploring the community. 🌿

The day took us from our Bee Apiary and Flower Farm to the Red Barn and Farmers Market and was a chance to see how farming, food and gathering places are part of life at Southlands.

Thanks to Urban Land Institute - British Columbia and WLI BC for spending the day with us.

From bees and pollinators to planting, harvesting and flowers, our new hands-on programs are a chance to learn something new and get your hands dirty along the way.

Programs include The Bee Place, Project Pickle, Southlands Flower Farm and Farm Experiences, all at Southlands Tsawwassen.

Since 1989, Coast Tsawwassen Inn has been part of the Tsawwassen community. 🌊 It was also Century Group’s first step into hospitality, and the beginning of a part of our business that continues today. The new Dominion Bar+Kitchen patio is now open at Civic Hotel, with more outdoor seating on Surrey Civic Plaza.

Summer is still going at Southlands Tsawwassen. ☀️

From Barns to Beaches and FireFit to our farmers markets and live music, it has been a busy season across the community.

There is still time to grab a coffee, walk through the Market District, visit the gardens or stay for a patio dinner.

There’s a lot happening under one roof at 3 Civic Plaza.

Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection. Dominion Bar + Kitchen. Prado. Homes. Kwantlen Polytechnic University. And right outside, Surrey Civic Plaza, City Hall and SkyTrain.

Bringing all of those uses together was intentional. It keeps the building connected to what is happening around it and brings different people through the space all day.
