Hi there!
I'm 84 Brousseau! Loved by my owners however they sadly can't bring me with them to their new city. I'm a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. I come equipped with all appliances. I have a beautiful bright open concept main living space with waterfall countertops on the island and heated tiles. I offer a spacious deck off the kitchen overlooking the extra deep backyard and pond! Attached garage. My driveway meets patio doors into a walk in basement, perfect for an in-home business or an in-law suite. Do I sound like the perfect match for you? If you'd like to be my new owner please book a private showing.

Buying a home already comes with enough moving parts... your financing shouldn’t slow things down.

Working with a local mortgage broker can make the process much faster and smoother because you’re working with someone who understands the local market and how deals move in your area.

Here’s how it can save you time:
✔️ Faster communication – When questions come up, you can reach someone who’s accessible and responsive.
✔️ Local market knowledge – A broker who works in your area understands local timelines, common conditions, and what sellers expect.
✔️ Connections with local professionals – Realtors, lawyers, and lenders often already have working relationships, which helps keep everything moving efficiently.
✔️ Quick problem solving – If something unexpected comes up, a local broker can step in quickly to find solutions before delays happen.

In real estate, timing matters. The right mortgage support can help keep your purchase on track and reduce unnecessary stress along the way.

If you’re planning to buy, refinance, or renew your mortgage, working with someone local who understands the process can make a big difference. We're always here to help! 🏡
