Headlines keep telling buyers it’s a buyer’s market, but boots on the ground, that’s not *exactly* how it feels.

This past month we helped 4 very different buyers purchase homes. A downsizer, an upsizer, a first-time buyer and an investor - and no two paths looked the same.

For 2 of them, success came from patience.
For the other 2, it came from recognizing opportunity and acting quickly.

Some properties are sitting.
Some are selling quickly.
Some have room to negotiate.
Some still attract multiple offers.

ALL OF THOSE THINGS CAN BE TRUE.
