Every month the same Real Estate market update posts show up. Charts, bullet points, "great time to buy."

I wrote a different version. No hype and no agenda. Just an honest read of where the Greater Toronto Area real estate market is right now and what it might mean for you.

Worth a few minutes if you've been watching the market or wondering whether this year is the year.

Every month the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) releases its market data and every month the same thing happens: a hundred versions of the same post show up in

16 events. 5 days. one motorcycle.

Toronto Tech Week has 600+ things happening across the city this week. creators, AI, web3, proptech, health tech, design. I signed up for 16 of them because I genuinely don’t know how to say no to something interesting.

this city does this thing every summer where it just... turns on. patios open, the energy shifts, people are outside again. tech week is the first real wave of it.

see you out there. say hi if you spot the bike.

Current Toronto real estate market mood:

👀 “Maybe we buy.”
👀 “Maybe we wait.”
👀 “Maybe let’s ask 14 more people first.”

Meanwhile the market is quietly moving again.

Toronto’s spring market has officially entered its “soft launch” era.

Buyers are cautiously reappearing. Sellers are realizing strategy matters again. And everyone still has that one cousin suddenly giving real estate advice after watching two TikToks about investing.

I just posted my MAY 2026 Toronto Real Estate Market Update on my blog.

No robotic market jargon. No “now is the perfect time to buy!!!” energy. Just a real look at what’s happening in the city right now, what buyers are feeling, what sellers should know, and where the market seems to be heading.

If you’ve been quietly browsing listings at midnight pretending it’s “just for fun,” this one’s probably for you.

There’s a certain energy in Toronto right now. Not loud. Not chaotic. More like people quietly circling back to ideas they parked last year. Moving closer to family. Fina

My February Toronto real estate update is live.

The real estate market isn’t buzzing the way it used to.
No frenzy. No spectacle. Just a market showing its cards.

January set the tone, and if you’ve been feeling like things are quieter, slower, or just… different, you’re not wrong. Buyers are thinking more. Sellers are being more intentional. The panic has left the building.

I broke it all down in my latest Market Update. No fear tactics. Just context and what this shift actually means if you’re buying or selling, especially if this would be your first time.

Worth a read if you’ve been watching from the sidelines pretending you’re “just browsing” 👀

My January Toronto real estate update is live.

If you’ve been “just looking” at listings for months and pretending it’s research, this one’s for you.

The market feels calmer, more rational, and honestly… easier to understand right now.

No hype. No panic. Just what’s actually going on.

If Toronto real estate market had a mood this November, it was “standing in line at Tim’s deciding if you actually want the donut or if you’re just bored.” A little slow, a little cautious, but still full of possibilities if you know where to look.

I just put together a new Market Update that breaks down what’s happening out there in a clear, no-stress way. No confusing jargon. No panic. Just the real story of where things stand and what it means for buyers and sellers who want to make smart moves.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just quietly creeping listings as a hobby, give it a read.

If you want to talk through what this means for you, send me a message. I’m always happy to help.

Toronto felt a little introspective this November. The kind of month where the city zips up its jacket, squints at the skyline, and says, alright, what’s really going on

The latest Toronto real estate numbers are in, and the story is… interesting. Sales are up from last year, buyers are coming back thanks to lower borrowing costs, and sellers are negotiating harder.

It’s not the wild market of a few years ago, but it’s also not stuck. It’s changing — and that means opportunity if you know how to read it.

I’ve broken it all down in plain language in this month’s October 2025 Market Update.

Here’s the thing about the Toronto housing market: it’s a bit like a band getting back together after a long hiatus. The energy is building, some people are showing up ea

🍃 Take a Break and Explore Toronto’s Ravines! 🍁

If you’ve been meaning to slow down, get some fresh air, and reconnect with nature without leaving the city, this is your sign. Ravine Days is back from October 4 to 13, and it’s the perfect excuse to explore Toronto’s beautiful ravine system.

You can join guided nature walks, creative workshops, and even hands-on stewardship events — or just find a quiet spot under a tree and listen to the sounds of the forest. There’s truly something for everyone.

I always say Toronto’s ravines are like secret worlds tucked right into the city. If you haven’t explored them yet, this is a great chance to see what makes them so special.

Here’s all the info and the list of activities:

October 4 to 13, 2025 Ravine Days is an annual city-wide celebration of Toronto’s ravine system. Activities about and throughout the ravines – from talks and tours to exhibitions and creative workshops – are held in collaboration with community partners. Visit the interactive Ravine Days map t...

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭…𝐬𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠?

The market is giving buyers more choice, more leverage, and yet, listings aren’t moving like you’d expect. I dug into what’s really going on—and why hesitation might be costing people the home that actually works for them.

Take a look here:

Not long ago, a friend of mine said, “ So it’s a buyer’s market in Toronto now, right? That must mean buyers are scooping things up like crazy. ” I had to laugh. If only
