When your seller clientΒ fully understands that patience is the name of the game for the condo market these days, it relieves so much pressure. But that doesn't mean I'll hustle any less to get the place sold! There's no denying it... the condo market in Toronto is very slow. And selling units over a million dollars is certainly no easy feat. And sometimes, when you know you have something special, magical things can happen. But I didn't take anything for granted. Yes, this unit was in one of the city's most sought-after buildings. Yes, the livable size would appeal to a lot of would-be buyers. But I'm not one to leave anything to chance. Perfect presentation, top-notch staging, perfect marketing, and of course, perfect pricing. That's how you get deals done. πŸ’ͺ

When this seller first approached and me to join forces to get her condo sold, it had been on the market for quite some time with another agent, with minimal activity. I knew right away that it was lacking the "wow-factor" that it deserved. This unit was in a highly-sought after luxury building in the heart of Yorkville, at a price point that wouldn't be accessible to everyone. But it needed to really shine to draw the attention it deserved. So we took the formula that has worked for us for years to make this place look as amazing as possible. And it worked πŸ™Œ. After months of minimal showings with the seller's previous listing, our listing was getting action. Showings were steady and we knew it was just a matter of time before the right buyers walked through. And I have no doubt it's because of the way our listing was presented.
