Hi, I’m Eryn! 👋🏼

I’m a Realtor, a mom of two, a proud New Westminster resident, and someone who genuinely believes that community is everything.

I’m involved in my kids’ school as a co-chair of the Parent Council, helping organize events and fundraisers, and every spring I team up with another community-minded mom to host a family neighbourhood party. I love bringing people together, and I love helping families find a place they can truly call home.

I help families buy and sell from Burnaby to Maple Ridge (and beyond!), wherever I’m needed. I grew up between North Vancouver and Marpole, worked in Richmond, and spent years managing some of downtown Vancouver’s best restaurants.

So when I say I know my city… I really know my city. 😉

Real Estate is also a little personal for me. I’m proudly following in my grandmother’s footsteps. She taught me early on that if you lead with integrity, work hard, and always do right by your clients, they’ll be your clients for life.

She proved that to me throughout her career, eventually helping not just her original clients, but their children and even their grandchildren.

That’s the kind of Realtor I want to be.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, moving, or you simply want to talk through your options, I’d love to meet you.

Let’s grab a coffee, go for a dog walk, and chat about your real estate goals. ☕️🐾🏡

I’d love to work with you!

SOLD!

My clients were searching for something very specific — and in today’s market, moving from a condo to a detached home is no small feat. With a tight timeline, a fixed budget and a detailed wish list, we had our work cut out for us.

They needed a legal suite, a larger dining space for entertaining, a big yard for the kids to play, and a quiet neighbourhood that still offered convenient access to the city. Sounds like a unicorn, right?

Well… we found it. 🏡✨

10975 Partridge Crescent, Surrey BC
Asking $1,098,000

If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d love to help you find the perfect fit too.
