Team Concert hit the court again for Raptors for Research, bringing colleagues together in support of life-changing medical research. 🏀 🏆

A big thank you to everyone who donated in support of us, and to Zachary Leranbaum and Borko Ilic for leading the team and championing this initiative at Concert. We’re proud to be part of a community helping raise funds for critical research that improves care for patients and families.

This Sunday marks National Indigenous Peoples Day—a time to recognize and celebrate the rich histories, cultures and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples.

As part of Concert’s Reconciliation Action Plan, we are proud to announce a new partnership with the Spitz Centre for Indigenous Business Education at UBC Sauder School of Business, focused on investing in the next generation of Indigenous leaders, entrepreneurs and community builders.

Our support includes:
✅ Funding a dedicated scholarship for Indigenous students.
✅ Offering internship placements at our Vancouver office.
✅ Providing financial support to Pathways to Business, a 16-week program where Indigenous high school students learn how to build small enterprises by blending Western and Indigenous business practices.
✅ Creating opportunities for employees to volunteer with the Pathways program and for senior leaders to provide guest lectures at UBC Sauder.

We are also celebrating National Indigenous History Month this June with employee learning sessions, a walking tour of Indigenous public art and landmarks and ongoing education through our Indigenous Learning Program.

It was a beautiful day as the Vancouver office came together to welcome Catherine to Concert Properties. ☀️

With colleagues gathered to enjoy some food, drinks and great company, her first Concert social was filled with the sense of community that defines us. We look forward to welcoming Catherine to the Toronto office as well when she makes her way east.

Lauren Legan, Director, Investor Relations, and Zachary Leranbaum, Director, Investments, are in London this week attending the 7th Annual Real Estate Europe Forum.

Hosted by Markets Group the closed-door forum brings together institutional investors and real estate leaders to discuss allocation strategies across private and public real estate markets.

As Concert actively raises capital for Concert Income Properties LP (CIP), participation in forums like these is an important part of our investor engagement strategy — providing opportunities to introduce new investors to CIP, deepen existing relationships and discuss the benefits of institutional-quality Canadian real estate exposure.

Concert Income Properties LP is Concert's open-ended real estate vehicle, offering investors access to a portfolio of institutional-quality Canadian real estate designed to deliver stable income and long-term value creation.

Through these engagements, our team is strengthening relationships, expanding awareness of CIP, and staying closely attuned to the investor priorities shaping real estate investment globally.

Science World's transformation has Vancouver looking ready for the FIFA kickoff! ⚽️

False Creek is no stranger to welcoming the world, from the foundations laid for Expo 86 to the energy of the 2010 Olympics. We love seeing this iconic waterfront take center stage once again, right in the front yard of TESORO and our master-planned community, The Creek.

At Concert Properties, supporting our investors has always been a priority. We believe they deserve more than strong returns. They deserve to feel informed, supported and connected to the business.

Building off that commitment, we have further strengthened our Investor Relations function by establishing a dedicated team focused on enhancing how we support and communicate with investors.

Led by Lauren Legan, CPA, Director, Investor Relations, the new function creates a more coordinated approach to investor communication, reporting and ongoing engagement.

“Whether someone has invested with Concert for years or is exploring opportunities for the first time, we want them to know they have a trusted point of contact and access to the information they need.”
– Lauren Legan.

Recently, Faye Tam, Director of Asset Management & Leasing at Concert Properties, sat down with Cathy Thorpe, President & CEO of Nurse Next Door and keynote speaker at CREW Vancouver’s spring luncheon. The two discussed scaling culture alongside business growth, building your voice and leading with bold kindness — a timely conversation on how compassionate and empathetic workplace culture contributes to long-term organizational success.

Faye Tam is CREW Vancouver’s President-elect and has served in multiple roles for over 20 years. CREW supports women in the commercial real estate industry to find success through connections, mentorship, leadership development and career opportunities.

Today, teams across Concert Properties are taking part in Moose Hide Campaign Day and wearing pins to show their support for ending gender-based violence.

The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots movement in BC, led by Indigenous communities, to engage men and boys in preventing violence against women and children. Since 2011, it has expanded into a nationwide effort that includes both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians. The Moose Hide Campaign is a vital initiative that we're proud to see our employees supporting.

Visit Moose Hide Campaign to learn more, or go to concertproperties.com/sustainability/indigenous to learn about Concert Properties’ ongoing commitment to reconciliation, including our Reconciliation Action Plan.
