The industrial market has shifted considerably over the past few years, but as our Chief Investment Officer, Lindsay Brand, notes in a recent article by The Globe and Mail: “It’s become a much more balanced market, where success comes down to the quality of the asset and the strength of the leasing strategy, not just timing.”

Today, success is driven by the fundamentals: high-quality assets, strategic locations and infrastructure that supports evolving tenant needs.

Lindsay's perspective was featured as part of a larger story about global commercial real estate firm JLL’s first all-women industrial brokerage team, a notable milestone in a traditionally male-dominated area of commercial real estate. We’re especially pleased to have a connection to the team’s launch, with its first listing at our 4041 North Service Road property in Burlington.

Congratulations to the JLL team on this milestone and the recognition it has received!

Aire at North Harbour recently began welcoming its first residents, adding 102 new homes to North Vancouver's waterfront and marking another milestone in the growth of this evolving community.

Comprising two boutique condominium buildings, Aire was designed to connect residents to the shoreline, the Spirit Trail and the everyday rhythm of life on the North Shore. With residents now moving in, that vision is becoming a reality.

As Aire comes to life, work continues on the next chapter at North Harbour, including Echo, a 110-home purpose-built rental building expected to welcome its first residents this fall.

We're celebrating summer with another season of resident and tenant appreciation events across our residential, office and industrial communities in BC and Ontario.

With a variety of food and live entertainment, these events are a chance for people to catch up or get to know their neighbours and colleagues. They're a reminder that great places to live and work are defined by the people and connections that bring them to life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our events so far. We love seeing so many familiar and new faces.

🌈 Pride Week has kicked off in Vancouver, one of many celebrations lighting up the country all summer long. From Toronto's Pride celebrations in June to Vancouver's events happening now, we've been celebrating with employees and their furry friends, recognizing the people and perspectives that help make our workplaces, teams and communities stronger.

At Concert, we believe everyone should feel respected, valued and encouraged to bring their authentic selves to work. Our DEI framework focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace where every employee can feel welcome, heard and supported.

Happy Pride, everyone! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

What does it take to create resilient, inclusive and sustainable communities?

At Concert, it starts with a clear social purpose and a commitment to putting it into action.

Our 2025 ESG Report highlights progress across the business, including:

✅ Approval of our social purpose, ESG strategy and three-year roadmap.

✅ Completion of a financial materiality assessment to help prioritize sustainability-related risks and opportunities.

✅ Establishment of a new partnership with the UBC Sauder School of Business' Spitz Centre for Indigenous Business Education.

✅ Advanced accessibility by joining the Rick Hansen Foundation's Buildings Without Barriers Challenge at three properties.

✅ Completed retrofit projects expected to cut 302 tonnes of CO₂ yearly.

✅ Raising $325,000 alongside industry partners to support skilled trades training across Canada.

We're proud to share Concert Properties' 2025 ESG Report, which marks the first year of our three-year ESG roadmap and demonstrates how we're bringing our social purpose to life while creating long-term value for our communities, employees, residents, tenants, investors and partners.

This Sunday marks National Indigenous Peoples Day—a time to recognize and celebrate the rich histories, cultures and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples.

As part of Concert’s Reconciliation Action Plan, we are proud to announce a new partnership with the Spitz Centre for Indigenous Business Education at UBC Sauder School of Business, focused on investing in the next generation of Indigenous leaders, entrepreneurs and community builders.

Our support includes:
✅ Funding a dedicated scholarship for Indigenous students.
✅ Offering internship placements at our Vancouver office.
✅ Providing financial support to Pathways to Business, a 16-week program where Indigenous high school students learn how to build small enterprises by blending Western and Indigenous business practices.
✅ Creating opportunities for employees to volunteer with the Pathways program and for senior leaders to provide guest lectures at UBC Sauder.

We are also celebrating National Indigenous History Month this June with employee learning sessions, a walking tour of Indigenous public art and landmarks and ongoing education through our Indigenous Learning Program.

It was a beautiful day as the Vancouver office came together to welcome Catherine to Concert Properties. ☀️

With colleagues gathered to enjoy some food, drinks and great company, her first Concert social was filled with the sense of community that defines us. We look forward to welcoming Catherine to the Toronto office as well when she makes her way east.

Lauren Legan, Director, Investor Relations, and Zachary Leranbaum, Director, Investments, are in London this week attending the 7th Annual Real Estate Europe Forum.

Hosted by Markets Group the closed-door forum brings together institutional investors and real estate leaders to discuss allocation strategies across private and public real estate markets.

As Concert actively raises capital for Concert Income Properties LP (CIP), participation in forums like these is an important part of our investor engagement strategy — providing opportunities to introduce new investors to CIP, deepen existing relationships and discuss the benefits of institutional-quality Canadian real estate exposure.

Concert Income Properties LP is Concert's open-ended real estate vehicle, offering investors access to a portfolio of institutional-quality Canadian real estate designed to deliver stable income and long-term value creation.

Through these engagements, our team is strengthening relationships, expanding awareness of CIP, and staying closely attuned to the investor priorities shaping real estate investment globally.
