Welcome to Throwback Friday! – Where time flies but memories last forever! This home renovation is an oldie but a goodie!

From this… to that, this home went from an outdated brick façade, white exterior with gray shutters, a tired front porch and double entry doors to a sprawling modern country estate! The small, attached bungalow was completely reimagined! The home now features a striking cohesive 2 level addition, large picture windows that span the entire property bringing in an abundance of natural light AND did we mention the 3-car garage?! 😉

The exterior is washed in a warm neutral tan colour with contrasting trim. The modern stone cladding adds rich texture and dimension while the shingle siding in a deep titian copper highlights the pitched roof and complements the grand front entrance!
