Victoria's spring market is in full swing, with strong inventory levels creating excellent opportunities for buyers while encouraging sellers to price strategically and competitively.

713 properties sold, down 5.9% from May 2025 but up 10.9% from April 📈
Condo sales: 188 units (↓14.9% YoY) 🏢
Single-family homes: 385 sold (↓4.0% YoY) 🏠
Active listings: 4,029 (↑8.6% from April, ↑8.4% YoY)

According to VREB Chair Fergus Kyne, Victoria is experiencing the highest inventory levels seen in eleven years, giving buyers more choice, more time, and greater confidence in their decision-making. Sellers who understand today's market and price appropriately are best positioned for success.
