One first time buyer closing that came right down to the wire. We stayed on the phone with lawyers and the other agent to make sure our buyers landed in their new home exactly on the day we promised them. One deal firmed for a family who has trusted us through more properties than we can keep track of at this point. One deal closed for homeowners who moved up and finally found their forever home. One brand new listing live, the sweetest boho century home with more character than most of our closing calls this week. And two more listings getting camera ready behind the scenes.
