Shelly and Roy officially picked up the keys to their incredible brand-new home in Black Mountain last week, and I’m still buzzing from the excitement! 🏔️✨

There’s nothing like that feeling of walking into your home for the first time. This place is a total stunner, with modern architecture, amazing details, and that perfect patio view just in time for summer. 😍 And let's be honest, their pup is already claiming the best spot by the window! 🐶 The ultimate new homeowner approval.
