Some of the best conversations I've had this year happened at this kitchen island. We're truly honored to work with Brent through the process. Such a great guy. The seller had built this house, renovated it, and lived thirty-plus years of family life inside it before deciding it was time...

It may have taken a while to find the right buyers, but It was worth every conversation. The keys will be handed over to a local family with a young daughter, who'll be adventuring around the lakes and trails of Pinecrest just before the end of summer.

The main difference is experience. A photo shows you a rough footprint. It won’t tell you what the block is doing, what’s traded there lately, or which of these would actually move at the number. Tina had the photo. Rob had the photo and the years to back it.⁠
