📊 June Market Update | Durham Region

The market continued to gain momentum in June, with buyer activity increasing for the fourth month in a row while home prices remained relatively stable.

What does that mean?

🏡 For buyers: More inventory means more choice and a little more breathing room when searching for the right home.

🔑 For sellers: Serious buyers are still out there, and well-priced homes continue to sell. Strategic pricing and strong marketing matter more than ever.

Despite what the headlines might have you believe, the market isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every neighbourhood, price point, and property type is performing a little differently.
