JUST PURCHASED 🎉

Our clients have officially found a home that fits this exciting new season of life, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

After more than 10 years of condo living in Toronto, welcoming their first baby earlier this year shifted what home looked like for them. More space, a family-friendly neighbourhood, great schools, and room to grow quickly moved to the top of the wish list.

We toured a lot of homes and wrote a few offers that didn’t come together. While those moments can feel discouraging, it’s funny how things often work out exactly as they’re supposed to.

And then we found this one.

Selling in this market looks very different than it did a few years ago. 🏘️

Buyers are more selective. They have more options. And if a home is overpriced, poorly presented, or marketed without intention… they move on quickly.

When 376 Bellevue St hit the market, there were nearly 400 other homes for sale in Peterborough competing for attention. 👀
