THE BANANA CREAM PIE - RICH, CREAMY, AND PURE DESSERT IN A GLASS 🍌🥧�
Because sometimes your cocktail should feel like dessert first and a drink second.

INGREDIENTS:�
• 1.0 oz vanilla vodka
• 1.0 oz Death by Chocolate rum cream
• 1.0 oz crème de banane
• 0.75 oz cream
• 1.0 oz banana purée
• 1 dash vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:�Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until smooth and frosty. Strain into a large rocks glass filled with ice, then top with whipped cream and an optional graham wafer crumble.

Creamy, indulgent, and loaded with banana-vanilla flavour backed by rich chocolate notes. Basically dessert disguised as a cocktail. Enjoy responsibly.

THE MIDORI SOUR - BRIGHT, MELON-FRESH, AND DANGEROUSLY EASY TO SIP 🍈🍋 Because sometimes the loudest cocktail in the room is the green one.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1.0 oz vodka
• 1.0 oz Midori melon liqueur
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 2–4 oz soda

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the vodka, Midori, lemon juice, and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake the heck out of it. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice, then top with soda.

Light, citrusy, and packed with that unmistakable melon flavour balanced by a crisp sparkling finish. Sweet enough to be fun, fresh enough to keep you coming back. Garnish with mint sprigs or a lime wheel if you’re feeling fancy. Enjoy responsibly.

THE FOG CUTTER - STRONG, CITRUSY, AND SMOOTHLY CHAOTIC 🌊🍒 Because when one spirit isn’t enough… you call in three.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz white rum
• 0.5 oz brandy
• 0.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 tbsp cherry brandy (float)

INSTRUCTIONS:�Add the rum, brandy, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a blender with crushed ice. Blend until smooth, then pour into a rocks glass with an open gate. Float a tablespoon of cherry brandy over top and garnish with a lime wheel if you so choose.

Bright, boozy, and layered with tropical citrus and warming depth from the spirits. A tiki classic that doesn’t pull punches. Enjoy responsibly.
