🌿 Maybe This Is the Summer You Start Planning Your Next Chapter 🌿
It's hard to believe we're already halfway through June.
The gardens are growing, beaches are starting to fill up, and every weekend seems to bring another market, community event, or excuse to spend time outdoors.
This time of year always makes me slow down a little and think about home. Not just the house itself, but whether it still fits the life being lived. For some people, the answer is an easy yes.
For others, not so much. Maybe the kids have moved out, and there's more space than needed. Maybe the stairs are getting harder than they used to be. Maybe you're wishing for a bigger yard, less maintenance, or a shorter drive to the people you love.
Lately, we've also been seeing more inventory come onto the market across Nova Scotia, giving buyers more options than they've had in recent years. At the same time, homes that are priced appropriately and show well are still finding buyers.
What does that mean? Honestly, it means if you've been wondering about a move, it's not a bad time to start asking questions. Not necessarily to pack boxes tomorrow, just to understand your options. Because sometimes the next chapter starts long before the moving truck arrives.
So here's my question for you:
If you could change one thing about your current home, what would it be?
I'd love to hear your answer.
And if you've been wondering what a move might look like for you, whether that's next month, next year, or somewhere down the road, I'm always happy to chat.
