🇫🇷 📺 Nous avons eu l'honneur d'être interviewés pour le Journal de 20h de France 2.
Malheureusement, notre intervention a été coupée au montage.
Le sujet portait sur la problématique de l'eau, qui est bien réelle dans notre territoire. Mais, sur le terrain, nous constatons chaque jour qu'un autre défi est tout aussi important : celui des infrastructures.
Le Pays de Fayence continue d'attirer, mais il manque des équipements essentiels.
• Pas de lycée sur le territoire : nos jeunes passent parfois plusieurs heures par jour dans les transports pour rejoindre Grasse, Draguignan ou Saint-Raphaël.
• Des cantines scolaires saturées qui compliquent le quotidien de nombreuses familles.
• Des infrastructures qui peinent à suivre l'évolution de la population.
Ces réalités influencent aussi l'attractivité de notre territoire et les choix de nombreuses familles qui souhaitent s'y installer.
Le sujet est sensible et souvent très politisé. Notre intention n'est pas de faire de la politique, mais simplement de partager ce que nous observons quotidiennement dans notre métier.
En tant qu'agents immobiliers, nous pensons qu'il est aussi de notre responsabilité de soutenir l'économie locale et de porter la voix de nombreux habitants qui expriment ces préoccupations.
Nous continuerons à promouvoir notre magnifique région, tout en restant lucides sur les défis qu'elle doit relever.

The report focused on water shortages, which are indeed a real issue in our region. However, from our daily experience, another challenge deserves equal attention: infrastructure.
The Pays de Fayence remains a wonderful place to live, but essential services are struggling to keep up.
• There is no local high school, meaning many students spend hours each day travelling to Grasse, Draguignan, or Saint-Raphaël.
• Primary school cafeterias often lack sufficient capacity for local families.
• Public infrastructure is not evolving at the same pace as the area's growing population.
These issues also affect the attractiveness of our region for working families considering a move here.
This is a sensitive and often highly political topic. Our aim is not to take sides, but to share what we witness every day through our profession.
