We had some unexpected visitors checking out the newly surfaced roads at Pitcrocknie Village this week! 🦢

This proud swan family took a leisurely stroll through the development, reminding us just how special our surroundings are here in Alyth.

As work continues on creating a beautiful place to call home, it’s great to see local wildlife enjoying the area too.

Our latest drone footage captures just how far the development has come. The care home is now a prominent feature of the site, while Phases 1 through 3 are well established. Phase 4 is nearing completion, and we’re excited to see foundations already underway for Phase 5.
