Chapter 5 is really taking shape… 🏡✨

There’s something special about seeing a new neighbourhood come to life, and this latest view across Cornelian Fields, Scarborough shows just how far we’ve come.

So far this year, we’ve welcomed 21 new families to Cornelian Fields and 38 families in total since Chapter 5 began in Spring 2026. 💙

From homes under construction to gardens being planted and new neighbours settling in, the community is growing week by week.

There’s still more to come, but we couldn’t be happier with the progress and we’re looking forward to welcoming many more homeowners to Cornelian Fields as Chapter 5 continues.
