The letting was agreed within in two weeks of the property coming to the market, with multiple offers received for this prominent corner unit, showing there is still a great demand for well priced retail stock in good locations.

Newlands were instructed to find a new tenant after the current tenant exercised their break-option. Pro-active as always, we were able to deliver as the client required, allowing the outgoing tenant to vacate before the end date resulting in three very happy parties.
