I had a really positive experience with Helen as my property manager. She was always friendly, approachable and quick to respond whenever I had any maintenance issues.

She communicated really well throughout the tenancy, particularly when it came to the end-of-tenancy process, making everything straightforward and stress-free.

One thing that really stood out was when a power surge caused the main electrical feed to the property to fail. Helen responded incredibly quickly, offered immediate support and kept me informed while the issue was resolved.
