📍 Position: Lettings Property Manager

✨ In this role, you will:
• Advertise properties and maintain high-quality listings
• Handle enquiries, conduct viewings, and negotiate lets
• Manage applicants and process applications
• Prepare tenancy documents and ensure legal compliance
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and inventories
• Manage deposits, returns, and end-of-tenancy processes
• Handle maintenance issues and liaise with our Maintenance Department
• Carry out property inspections and safety checks
• Maintain accurate records
• Minimise void periods and support rent reviews
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries
• Communicate with colleagues across departments

✅Requirements:
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Are you an accounting professional looking to take your next step in your career? OpenArch is looking for a full-time Assistant Management Accountant to join our busy and thriving Finance team!



In this role, you’ll:

⭐ Work closely and collaboratively with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth & efficient running of the department.

⭐ Contribute towards producing accurate & timely financial information including monthly management accounts.

⭐ Assist with improving reporting quality & ensure the department meets organisational objectives.

We’re looking for someone with:

🌟 Previous experience working in Finance or an accounting role.

🌟 AAT qualified or studying towards AAT Level 3 or 4, or equivalent level of practical experience.

🌟 Strong numerical and analytical skills.

🌟 Understanding of VAT, payroll, journals, fixed assets, pre-payments, deferred income and accruals.

🌟 A problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge? Join our team and play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly!

📍 Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

🛠️ Responsibilities include: Carrying out repairs to the fabric of the building, internally, externally and within the grounds of the properties. Carrying out repairs to furniture, white goods, fixtures, and fittings within the properties, including basic electrical, plumbing, unblocking foul water drainage systems and sinks, masonry and carpentry.

✅ Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

• Demonstrable general maintenance skills

• Excellent customer service
