We have recently agreed a sale on a property in CH64 and as a result, we have been left with several buyers who missed out and are still actively looking in the area.

We currently have 5 buyers in a position to move forward if the right property comes along.

Ideally, they are looking for:

📍 CH64 area
🏡 Detached house, ideally 3 or 4 bedrooms
🌳 Around 5 to 10 acres of land (would consider more)
🐴 Stables, outbuildings and a ménage would be great, but they are not essential
🔨 Condition really does not matter. Properties needing renovation or updating are absolutely fine.

What a fantastic day celebrating the people who make it all happen.

Hosted by our Directors as a Staff & Colleague Appreciation Day, our Summer Social was a great opportunity to bring everyone together after another incredibly busy and productive year across the group.

We enjoyed a barbecue, a game of rounders and, most importantly, the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend some quality time together as a team.

It was a chance to show our fantastic staff and colleagues just how much their continued hard work, commitment and contribution to the business are appreciated.

What a day yesterday was and what a great achievement from James and Tony on their mammoth 47 mile run and cycle from Leek to Chester!

Rod, Clare and Sarah take on the walk today to round off some epic challenges over recent weeks. Well done to all involved at the Rostons Group!
