This Easter, we’re proud to support our local community 💛

Emma, our Business Development Manager, alongside Assistant Property Manager Luke, purchased and delivered 100 Easter eggs to Colchester Food Bank.

During the visit, they had the opportunity to meet Nikki, who kindly gave them a tour and shared insight into the incredible work being done on-site. From essential food support to other vital services, it was truly eye-opening to see the level of care and dedication provided to those in need.

Over the past year, Colchester Food Bank has experienced a significant increase in demand, while donations have unfortunately declined. With no council funding, they are now spending thousands of pounds each month just to keep up with the growing need.

We’re grateful to have been able to contribute in a small way this Easter—and even more grateful for the warm welcome and the amazing work the team continues to do every day.

Communal Area Cleaner – Full Time

We’re a growing block management company based in Colchester, Essex, looking for a reliable and motivated Communal Area Cleaner to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas in residential apartment blocks clean, safe, and presentable. This role is ideal for someone based in Essex who’s happy working independently and managing their own cleaning rota.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Home Based but working on the road in multiple locations

What We Offer

£28,000 per year

37.5 hours per week

Company pension

5 weeks holiday and Bank Holidays

Company van provided

All equipment and cleaning materials supplied

Stable, long-term role

The Role

Carrying out general cleaning duties across communal areas in residential buildings

Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard

Working independently across multiple locations

Following and managing an effective daily and weekly cleaning rota

Identifying and reporting any issues found on site

Completing job sheets via mobile app

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the company van

Always following health & safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your own

Organised and confident managing a daily and weekly rota

Good attention to detail and pride in your work

Physically fit for manual cleaning tasks

Professional and respectful around residents

Full UK driving licence

Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of COSHH (training provided).
