I could not recommend the service we received from Elms Price Estate Agents more highly.
Right from the initial meeting to discuss terms and the method of sale (we were successful with an open day; selling the house quickly from this event), we were so pleased with their general attitude and how efficiently they moved the whole process forward. The photos and brochure produced were great and the initial For Sale' board and the subsequent SOLD' boards were put up quickly. We were very impressed with their regular contact, not just with us, but also with both our, and the purchasers, solicitors.
Everything could not have gone more smoothly.
We were kept constantly up-to-date by Andrew and Darryl on all aspects of the sale, including excellent feedback on the viewings, and they were always easily contactable whenever we needed to speak with them.
All the staff were very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their property!
