Yugo Arran House One of our three Edinburgh residences located in the middle of the city. Putting you within easy reach of University and the city centre, Arran House is sure to be your new home away from home!

It’s just a 20-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh and Napier University, and a 25-minute bus ride from Heriot-Watt University. So wherever you’re studying, getting there will be nice and simple. Arran House has a few room options for you.
Want to share an apartment with a few other students? We can give you an en-suite room in a 2, 4, 5 or 6-bed flat.
Prefer your own space?
If so, we can hook you up with a studio room – which is yours and yours only! Whichever room you choose, it’ll be fully furnished and ready for you to move straight into. All our rooms have small or full sized double beds, loads of smart storage space, and big study desks so you can fit all those textbooks or games consoles right in there. Your rent will also cover:
- All the furniture you need
- All your water, gas and electricity paid for
- As much use of the heating as you want (a lifesaver in a coastal town like Edinburgh!)
- High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi
- Speedy maintenance service
- 24-hour security
- Post and parcel service

Remember to not look directly. Even at 95% darkness, your eyes will still be damaged.

A viewing party is on Calton Hill with limited free glasses.

Otherwise you can look by casting a shadow onto the floor with a colander.

Another eclipse like this won’t happen in the UK until the 2090s, so catch it while you can!
