Bruntsfield Place renovations are coming along nicely! Flooring is looking great in the hallway and the worktop in the kitchen has been fitted. The stunning grey quartz worktop is a nice touch! Fireplace in the kitchen being given a makeover too.

Next steps are the splashbacks, kitchen flooring and carpets. Its all coming together very nicely thanks to Seba Property!

One month in and the project is coming along very nicely!!!

The whole property has now been plastered. All bedrooms have had a first coat of paint which always makes a difference! It is starting to look like a home again. Bedrooms still have final painting and carpets to be fitted etc. Bathroom is looking so much better now with the tiling done.

Next stage will be the kitchen and flooring.

The property will be fully completed ready for the beginning of September. It is a 4 bedroom HMO property on Bruntsfield Place. The area is amazing giving so many great options for local shops and eating out. The property has gas central heating and, as you can see, is currently being renovated to the highest standard, including beautiful stone worktops in the kitchen!

We are now taking applications for this property. I can provide photos of finished rooms from other projects that will show the type of carpets that will be used along with a furniture list for each bedroom etc.
