Oof, it's amazing how much rubbish accumulates in a 5 bed student flat! We've just taken this one on and 4 hours later, the pile is almost ready for the man with a van. All this stuff is now in the hall plus in a deep walk in cupboard 🙈 - almost none visible when we walked in...

Going forward, this will feel so much easier!

The letting market has been crazy recently - a lot of students moving at the end of May/start of June and so many properties are renting on their first viewings. It's keeping us VERY busy!!

Spring cleaning thought for the day 😎

As we hopefully see the sun more and more, it's a great time of the year to think about cleaning windows.

So gorgeous to see the bulbs coming out! With the sun making an appearance (ok not in this shot - but who needs sun with daffs this colour?) we're feeling that it's the perfect time for the spring clean to start!

A quick declutter, a wipe down of surfaces, and letting some fresh air in makes all the difference.

Opinions please!

We had a discussion in our team meeting today about our favourite TV property shows. Between the 5 of us we had SO many options we struggled to choose from.

Turns out, we love a DIY project, a before and after room, a competition, some sunshine...! Pretty much all covered in these shows.
