At Merrett Survey, we recently carried out a detailed survey of the historic Barnstaple Pannier Market - a Grade II listed landmark that has been part of the town since 1855.

Using advanced laser scanning technology, we captured the building in incredible detail and produced a fully accurate BIM model to support its ongoing restoration and refurbishment. Every curve, movement, structural shift, and architectural detail was recorded with precision, helping conservation teams make informed decisions while protecting the character that makes the building so important.
