🏠 Did you know that we are a three generation family business? 🏠 Peter Ross Winslow started PR Homes over 30 years ago and then 10 years later Gary Ross Winslow joined the business and then for over 20 years they have been successfully developing land and projects on the South Coast. Unfortunately Peter passed away 2 years ago and then, Francesca Winslow joined the business last year and is Gary’s daughter. So three generations of Winslow’s! Quite an achievement!

•Here you will see we have built a terrace of five spacious new build 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury homes.

•Each house has South and North facing balconies on the top floor with far reaching views over Hove.
•The houses all have flat eco Sedum roofs. The Sedum roofs take carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and absorbs pollutants. They are beneficial to wildlife, reduce storm water run-off and reduces heat loss in winter and internal temperature during summer.
•17A is also fitted with solar panels which combat greenhouse gas emissions as well as keeping bills to a minimum.
•All houses have front and rear gardens and on street parking is available.
