Our big completion was technically August so that’ll be on next month’s update!

Big month of managing guests and moving the pipeline along. We’ve now got two refurbs on at once (one more cosmetic than the other) and one project still in conveyancing

Time to get these organised and then back to more viewings 😎

Episode 1 of converting the old Malham cafe to a luxury 8 bed holiday let

Today I met our eco survey provider who’s going to calculate how much insulation we need and exactly what solar panels and heat pump we need

He’ll also apply for grants and sort the right product for us all the way through to installation

Our main refurb team start Monday, they reckon they can finish the job in 3-4 months
